We are pleased to announce that all of our services, including not only logistics, but also sourcing, repurchase, certification, customs clearance, transit clearance and other services are now united under one brand - TED Group. Our aim is to offer a full range of services covering all aspects of logistics and related operations. We strive to ensure that our clients find everything they need in one place, providing efficiency and convenience at every stage of co-operation.

 

 

 

Modern design

We've retained familiar brand elements while breathing new life into them. Meet our updated logo, colour palette and graphic solutions. The main graphic element of the updated design is blocks resembling prefabricated cargo in lorries.The updated design can be found on our website, social media and email, as well as in TED branded products.

 

New website

Our new website on the domain ted.international is designed with the latest trends in web design and user experience to make every customer feel comfortable and easy to use.

 

 

 

Updated cargo tracking and customer codification system

An important innovation is the updated system of tracking your shipments through the website. Now you can track your shipments in real time directly on the website, receiving all the necessary information about the location and delivery status. When you make a shipment, we will give you a track number, which you can enter in the ‘Tracking cargo’ section on the main page and find out where the cargo is and how soon it will arrive in Russia. We have expanded the geography of cargo shipping, so we have changed the codification of clients, leaving only 4 digits and removing the prefix TR.

 

 

 

Migration to a new CRM system

We modernised our transaction handling system and migrated to 1C Bitrix24 to improve the quality of service and provide closer control over each transaction. Customer interaction is now even more efficient and personalised.

 

 

 

Single corporate number

We have separated the chat with your personal manager and the corporate TED account in WhatsApp and Telegram messengers. From the single corporate number, you will receive notifications about the status of your shipment and other important alerts (e.g. holiday working hours, etc.). The single contact number is also used to facilitate communication with new customers.

 

 

 

One manager to deal with all issues

To improve the quality of our service, the main channel of communication is the personal manager assigned to you, with whom you have worked on your transports. The manager will answer any questions you may have regarding current and future deliveries, payment and documents, as well as request information from relevant departments and employees, and monitor the fulfilment of requests at all stages of the transaction. Chat with your manager on his/her personal work number is used for prompt communication on existing and new transactions.

 

 

 

New Horizons

We are actively expanding our global presence, increasingly operating in the markets of Europe, Asia and the Middle East, getting closer to our customers and strengthening global ties. In 2023, our range of services was expanded. Customers were able to buy back cargo from the supplier, transit clearance, sourcing and procurement of goods. It is also possible to order our turnkey services, leaving your shipment to the TED Group.
