1. These provisions define the terms of use for the materials and functionality of the website https://ted.international ("the Site") and its pages under this domain name on the Internet, owned by the Limited Liability Company "Tedex" ("the Company"), part of the TED (Transport Evolution Dynamics) group of companies, registered at: Moscow, Presnensky Inner Territorial Municipal District, Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, 12, 19th floor, entrance 3, room ID, office C. The Site is intended to inform about the activities of the TED group of companies, including providing information on the services offered, the history of the group of companies, information about the Russian and foreign legal entities within the group, as well as contact details of Russian and foreign representations.

2. The TED (Transport Evolution Dynamics) group of companies operates as a consortium of legal entities in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey. The group includes: Limited Liability Company "Тедекс" (Russia), Limited Liability Company "ГК "ТЕДТРАНС" (Russia), TED TRANS LOJİSTİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Türkiye).

3. The companies operate under the common trade name TED with the aim of standardizing processes and providing comprehensive services in the field of wholesale buying and selling of goods, conducted in accordance with the types of economic activities permitted at the state registration in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as providing logistical services within the permissible types of economic activities.

4. The international transportation of goods by the TED group of companies is carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR), the Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail (COTIF) and COTIF/CIM Rules, the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under the Cover of TIR Carnets (TIR Convention), the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Convention on maritime safety and environmental protection, as well as within the provisions of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Agreements within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Additionally, the activity is regulated by other bilateral and multilateral international agreements applicable to the international transportation of goods from countries where the TED group of companies operates.

5. The Site offers users access to a variety of information, including but not limited to the history of the group of companies, descriptions of services, contact details of offices and warehouses, as well as a form for submitting applications. Access to the Site is free and provided to all individuals and legal entities using the Internet.

6. All objects placed on the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds, and other objects, are the exclusive rights of the Company and other rights holders. The use of the Site's content without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited. Users are prohibited from copying and distributing the Site's content without the prior written consent of the Company.

By submitting an application through the Site, the user agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Company's personal data processing policy, posted on the Site in the "Personal Data Processing Policy" section, accessible from the main page via the direct link https://www.ted.international/privacy-policy.html and the link placed under the application submission form on the Site.

8. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site and its content.
